The former vendor filed a multi-count lawsuit in Suffolk Superior Court alleging that the City of Revere acted wrongfully in failing to award it transportation contracts.
The Court agreed with our argument that the former vendor’s claims were factually and legally deficient, and entered judgment in the City’s favor.
