Eviction Ordered with Significant Damages Obtained.

Representing a Boston hotel, our Business Litigation team sued to return possession of commercial space to the landlord and award monetary damages due to the tenant’s refusal to make payments.

Our team also persuaded the Court to award the balance of rent due for the entire remainder of the lease term due to the tenant’s misconduct. We also attached and sold the tenant’s liquor license to satisfy part of the monetary judgment.

See Bostonian Hotel Limited Partnership v. David P. Ehrlich Company, Boston Municipal Court, Civil Action No. 2012-01CE57.
