Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination Dismisses Employment Discrimination Case Against Northeast Metro Technical High School.
The Complainant filed an action with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination claiming that she had been sexual harassed by a colleague at the Northeast Metro Technical High School and that soon after complaining about the harassment, she was terminated from her employment with the school.
Upon review of the facts, discussion with witnesses, and presentation of evidence to the MCAD, our Employment Law team was able to persuade the Investigating Commissioner to conclude the matter with a lack of probable cause finding. MCAD Docket No. 10BEM03002.
