DLLP’s Economic Development team is representing Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen in bringing another of their sought-after restaurants to the Boston area. Drawing on their years of licensing, permitting, and governmental relations experience, our team is guiding the project to a successful conclusion on local and state levels.  The new franchise is scheduled to open in 2023.
